Better care at home means better outcomes

Our Elite Registered Nurses (ERN’s) provide direct hands on care for you or your family members seeking care. This level of care are services usually requested by our celebrity/executive clientele.

Our (ERN’s) will all have security clearance, must sign confidentiality contracts, and are required to dress in plain clothed attire chosen by the families they assist, to protect their privacy.

Our Elite Nursing staff are all subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. In some cases, a two-year trial/probationary period may be required for higher levels of clearance.

In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, our (ERN’s) must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointments as well as testing periodically thereafter.

Our Elite Registered Nurse’s (ERN) must be able to obtain and maintain a ‘Top Secret Security Clearance’ based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI). Passing these background checks makes the (ERN) eligible to have access to ‘sensitive compartmented information’ (SCI) which enables them to work with celebrities, politicians, or high-end executives whose security responsibilities are above standard care.

All QCPGA (ERN’s) may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide travel with their companion, patient or client requiring confidential medical assistance.

Every (ERN) must go through a stringent application phase, which involves verification of US citizenship, fingerprinting and completion of the Personnel Security Questionnaire (SF-86).

QCPGA uses the Defense Security Service (DSS) to conduct thorough background checks for this Nursing service. All of our Elite Quality Nurse (ERN) applicants were required to undergo a thorough application phase, which involved verification of US citizenship, fingerprinting and completion of a personnel security questionnaire, titled (SF-86).

Lastly, is the adjudication phase, during which findings from the investigation are reviewed and evaluated based on the 13 factors determined by the Department of Defense.

Examples of these factors include a history of both criminal and personal conduct, substance abuse as well as mental disorder tests. Clearance is granted or denied when this part of the process has been completed.”
